All Intellectual Property Rights including title or interest to Training and any material related hereto developed or adjusted according to Customer’s specifications under contract shall remain with CBRN Solutions UK. The Customer shall have perpetual right, unlimited in time, to use the Training and any material related hereto in all respects. However, the Customer shall neither be entitled to re-assign nor transfer this right to a third party commercially or non commercially. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that CBRN Solutions UK is the sole, exclusive, beneficial owner of the Intellectual Property Rights to the Training and any material related hereto and the subject matter hereof.
